Forum Feedback Migrating away from XenForo - Migration Started

the thing i hate with xenforo was lack of customized rss feeds

please add that feature as it will make following new posts in certain categories much easier as i can trigger automation based on certain keywords

although using the api for same is also easy with some knowledge :)

Dont worry about it. It requires reprocessing the post after import. Have not done on the dev instance. Have tested it locally and it will work.

I'm not sure if I missed this, but can you clarify if there's a certain timeframe during which XenForo posts won't be migrated and will be lost?

  • Threads - done
  • Posts - done
  • Private Messages - done
  • Attachments - done
  • Rest of the imports - in progress
  • Final migration - starting from 11AM today. Forums will be in read only mode!
Too many things to do now and all critical steps. Will take an abort or move forward call during the final migration looking at the data quality.

The time has come…

The final process is initialising.
The systems are humming to life.
The lights are flickering randomly.
The portal is holding… but only barely.

I need the portal to hold stable for next 5 minutes.
Its collapsing! I’m taking the leap.
I’ll try to hold the portal open for as long as ...... ......
