Get 4 GB RAM, E8400, Seagate 500GB, PSU is needed, cooler comes with CPU. You need graphics card if you want mid gaming. The CPU you selected is over 10000. Seagate- over 3000. Motherboard - over 5000. I can't see how you can do it in 15-20k.
