For parents i would suggest Windows phone devices.. Those big fonts and tiles really help. Look for samsung omnia w (more preferred) or lumia 710 - doesn't look worth 19k and the small buttons don't help (although thats my opinion) but nokia has a special place in the hearts of our parents .

Regarding htc gratia ,htc india has no plans to launch them up until now :( I mailed them they said the sales and marketing team is yet to conduct surveys and see if there is any demand. It would have been the perfect mid range android phone! What a waste..!
