I think if she has been using nokia, it would be better to upgrade to Nokia Lumia 610 (White) and a white pair of Twinwoofers would also give her a good sound if she doesn't like the stock earbuds! hehe

Good options for over-ear. For in-ear, go for Twinwoofers! Especially if you are a bass head.

This is a good budget for a phone. Just had one more question. Is she a music addict? Or is she into photography? I think some sony phones allow you to choose if you go for a music phone or rather a camera phone like their cybershot. Depends on what she likes!

Maybe you should get someone's used Nvidia GTX card. I see no other option. 4K is too low for a good Gfx card.
