When S3 is just around the corner IMO you should wait; besides ICS and quad-core (probably) there are numerous small components get better with constant research and improvements in technology which makes a true smartphone!

Both LG 2X and SGR are very hard to find at reasonable price! If not big on gaming front can check out SE Xperia Neo V @ 14k - decent camera, good music although IMO you should go for second hand SGS 2 @ 20k

@ viva1986 if the look dosent bother then its ok but IMO for 2-4k more u can avoid staring at ugly grill everyday

If you have IFB service station nearby then look no further or else go for either of korean brand lg or samsung.
