1k more , i was getting from ebay .... i bumped into this thread and ordered from these guys , i should have been more careful , one of the worst buy decision till date

i called the CC and their reply was we will update you in 2 days ... i gave then a piece of my mind ... but they still dont have an answer this is really one of my worst experience ... never again will i buy from ngpay..... not worth the headache to save a thousand bucks

i was really busy today to check ... any positive news from the blue note guys

NGPay is not confirming on order cancellation also , so the status of the Note order remains as "We'll call you back " techpal ,Vasishta.Sushant ~ have you talked to anyone senior or just with the CC executive on your order status ?

i got the call from bangalore and the guy was calling to try push white color note as they seem to have it readily available .he said blue color note is not available from samsung but i think he was bluffing to sell the white one i tried calling on Ngpay CC number but no one picked call but no...

i have not got any confirmation of cancellation or any communication from these guys ... Has anyone heard from them after cancelling ... @ Vasishta.Sushant , techpal

better record your discussions on email .... you dont have any proof of discussions with these guys , have u ?
