It's not worth fighting ups. You have to contact amazon for your problem. I think they will either refund the entire money and cancel order or give you the refund of the amount you will have to pay to ups.

I would say stay away from pioneer and onkyo as lately they have been facing board failure problems in the long run. Yamaha, denon, Marantz would be the ones i would choose from after auditioning.
