    Hey if you can send me the pics of the card with issue in detail. I know someone who revives these kind of gpu's. Might worth a shot.

    Air Blower

    Just be careful you don't damage any of the fans and also the thin wires get bend (like cpu fan cables) easily be careful with that too. I personally would recommend a smaller air blower for precision and the sake of not damaging any parts or cables(just as a precaution).
