Please give the following details- 1.Whether the cost includes only the inverter or inverter+batteries (at 10k, the combo option is difficult to get) 2.Which appliances/ gadgets you wish to power, for how long and which appliances you wish to power simultaneously and in isolation (in short...

Battle of the inverter Air Conditioners: Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi or Toshiba?

"Inverter" was written on the IDU as well as the ODU. Additionally, I checked the model number in Daikin's website and found it to be a R-22 based inverter model. Since the ODU was installed in the balcony (balcony could be accessed), I saw the fan turning off. Additionally, with the fan (ODU)...

Battle of the inverter Air Conditioners: Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi or Toshiba?

Recently got to experience the Daikin FTKD60 at a hotel room. This is my first experience with a Daikin machine, that too an inveter one (R22 gas). The machine was a 2 tonner for barely a 130 sq.ft room (an overkill!) I could observe the ODU switching off at frequent intervals when the...

Which AC fits my Requirement? Please Sugest...

Going by your room size and location, a 1.5T machine with a cooling capacity of min. 5275W should suffice. I would recommend going in for the highest star rating possible incase of a non-inverter A/C. Leaving aside the issue of initial investment vs cost recovery, a higher star rated A/C would...

    Surge Protection For Home

I have been using a 8kVA V-Guard mainline stabilizer for the past 2 years with satisfactory results. However, for very sensitive equipment you may need to get an additional stabilizer for the equipment as the mainline stabilizer takes time (1-2 secs) to adjust incase of a spike/ surge. The...

    < Samsung 32EH5000 > users help

At what sound volume do you find the sound to be audible? and at what distance? I set my LCD (Samsung A Series) at volume levels of 8-10 and it is more than audible in a 120 sq ft room. Try switching off any sound effects like SRS TXT etc. and set the equilizer at normal levels. Try out...

Sollatek spike guard: as safe as stabilizer?

Vacuum Cleaner Needed - Which Brand is VFM ?

I suggest you don't look beyond Eureka Forbes for Vacuum Cleaners. I have their first model- Miety Vac (white and red model) and its performance is still strong with regular 2-3 times a month use. Had I been in your position, I would have chosen the Euroclean Star model, or Forbes Trendy Steel...

Incorrectly purchased stabilizer suitable for 32" - will it work for 40"?

The model you have bought is designed to handle a 32" flat panel TV alongwith a DVD player and DTH. Even if you are connecting a 40" TV to it make sure you don't connect any other equipment to it. Secondly, see that it does not become abnormally hot when connected to the TV for say 3 hours at a...

Need to buy a fully automatic front loading Washing Machine urgently

Please steer clear of any online store. It is always better to visually inspect and then go for a purchase amounting to 30k INR approx. Yes, incase of a power failure, you have to manually drain the water through a pipe at bottom and then you can take out clothes, or leave the machine as it is...

Wifie DEMANDS - 9kg+ Top Loading Washing Machine EDIT: Bought LG 7.5 kg T8018AEEP5

Whirlpool is the only company that provides top-loading washing machines with in-built heater. Other manufacturers (barring Panasonic) provide two separate water inlets- one for hot and other for cold water. Alongwith the 360, a few other models from Whirlpool do have an in-built heater...

Wifie DEMANDS - 9kg+ Top Loading Washing Machine EDIT: Bought LG 7.5 kg T8018AEEP5

By agipellar, I meant the rotating disc at the bottom- the one which generates the motion. You do not need to run the agipellar manually. Incase of an imbalance, the machine should go in the re-distribution mode automatically.

Wifie DEMANDS - 9kg+ Top Loading Washing Machine EDIT: Bought LG 7.5 kg T8018AEEP5

The violent shaking of the machine is not a normal occurence in my opinion. Incase of an imbalance, the machine should fill water, run the agipellar a few times to evenly distribute the clothes, drain the water and then enter into spin mode again. The manual re-distribution of clothes by hand is...
