@VijayB ... @DEVRAJ BARIA is correct. I received this unit as a warranty replacement from Sennheiser. The purchase date that I mentioned was of the original headset that became defective. This replacement was more of a goodwill replacement from Sennheiser's end as I didn't have the bill copy.

Just got this Sennheiser HD350BT as a warranty replacement today. Switched to a different headset and won't need these. Willing to let go of this for ₹4500.

The only problem I see is the soldered RAM. I have seen them fail and you'll have to spend quite a bit to get it repaired if this happens. Otherwise it is a nice laptop.
