    Your HDD may be dead.PC freezing suddenly may be a sign of that.Plud the hdd into another pc and scan with hdtune.If you restart a few times you might get lucky and hdd might work again.

    Try installing speedfan.Its a simple app.You can set the speeds for cpu,gpu,case fans etc.

    Make sure the cpu fan is spinning properly according to temp.I have the same mobo and the fan does not speed up properly.I use speedfan to manually adjust th speeds.
