I guess some motherboards have the option to enable USB 2.0 ports and you can chose the number of ports you want to work on USB 2.0 mode. so check your motherboards BIOS first. 2ndly check if the cables are connected properly.

The dealers most of the time play around with the PSUs, they'd even offer an iball PSU for a Navtech Cabinet, so you gotta be sure of what you get. If you name Bijlee as Electra would the cabinet change or the quality change or your perception change ? If so... why ?
