IDK why you are worrying so much. Anything below 80c is perfectly normal for a GPU. My HD5770(same as HD6770 for practical purposes) reaches 75c at load in bfbc2 and crysis.

Hd 57xx is notorious for screen tearing! Even I have xfx 5770 and screen tearing is there in every unreal engine and cry engine games. Maybe because they are nvidia sponsered? Not very annoying though.
