    Yes as vyral said get a 32gig version. Local retailers in chennai like univercell, sangeetha mobiles, poorvika mobiles dont have iphone 5, so its not possible to get it with warranty. so settle with nexus 5 32gig :)

    If u can stretch a little then u can only get Nexus 5. BTW its a great device for the price. If u r looking for iPhone 5 [only eBay has imported factory unlocked - Not recommended] not possible, so 5c is available for ~37k. So IMO get Nexus 5 u ll not regret

    I own Asus rt-n13u non b1 version. Downloader works okayish, but UI is better on xp than Win 7 or 8. Get the latest one which get support from manufacturers

    IMO Asus r9 280x directcu ii TOP will suffice for 1080p and rest you can save. Down the road you can overclock for better performance.

    Which CPU cooler are using??? Intel stock are crap these days. Like vyral suggested try changing TIM, if it remains the same then go for after market cooler. I recommend Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo. If it is in ur budget
