Yes it seems that a complete edition is actually available.

I don't think the complete edition is available on DISC on either PS4 or PS5. The DLC is paid on PS. Anyway the DLC is NOT that great. The main game is good. The DLC feels like a cash grab move.

Already bought a BOAT one.

Completed Hellblade 2: Senua's Saga. Good story, breathtaking graphics, but some of the elements fall short. And game is short. Took me about 7 hours to 100% complete it. And that includes a lot of walking. ;)
