yup both MTNL & BSNL has the same goddamn problem. they dont give a damn about customers. even i had a lot of problem with it. thats why i switched to airtel. Almost every govt owned business has the same problem.:@ Final verdict privatize BSNL & MTNL only then can we see any improvement
