we are using IFB 20sc2 from a year now (this got both conventional+grill)..No pblms at all.service is good.Got feather touch control panel, got for 5.5k at that time. I think this model still exits.But looks are bit low side i can say.But at the end of the day u need performance rather than looks :D

may be a drivers conflict, remove the drivers of both the drives by following this How to uninstall hidden devices, drivers, and services | Windows installation | Tech-Recipes and try connecting now ..xp detects the device and installs drivers for it
