I subscribe to the 384kbps UL plan, and my overall experience has beenpretty good. But ever since last week, there have been problems upon problems, or rather, multiple instances of the same problem. Instance 1. Browsing and file downloading speeds were shit. Videos wouldn't load past the 10-20...
