    Because Ear buds arent covered in warranty and sennheiser doesn do ear buds separately, so the service engineer said he'll do it but he needs to show it on the books, so they charged me the service charge of 496..Have the manual as well as computer generated invoices..

    I have a pair of panasonic headphones , the jack had come off due to rough handling..Howver this local repair guy fixed it up with a duplicate jack and chargd me 300 bucks for it..Now the sound qulity is the same however the jack is a little shaky, ie , needs to be adjusted or at times the sound...
