wiz v2 app solves this with "last status" under the light settings, on/off status stays after bulb is turned off/on, will only turn on if you have a schedule setup or you manually turn it on, maybe try logging in with a dummy email acc like @guest_999 suggested

4080 and the super are almost identical performance though, hope the 5% cuda core bump makes a difference down the line, enjoy your still massive upgrade
