Its probably the solder joint between hotswap socket and PCB getting weak. Adding flux and reflowing solder should fix it easily, piece of cake for any local mobile repair guy if you're not comfortable with a soldering iron.

You'll run into issues for the mounting height, it may be too much or too less. You'll need to play with the STL of the 115x to AM4 adapter to get it right. Also since the 4700 does not have an IHS, you'll have to be really careful not to damage the silicon. Thats a big drawbackw with clip...
