Then how do I crop it, with which program?

Isn't there a program that can change the AR without loss of quality (people looks too skinny, or too fat)????!?!?!?

Wow it's a nice program thanks, but I asked for a picture AR editor much more simple if you can provide me a link. But thanks very much for that one it's very nice too.

Does anybody know a good program to edit the AR of a picture? I want to make 16:9 pictures to 5:4. If anyone knows a program that can do that, or even better tell me a link to where to download I'll be very grateful. I know this is probably a noob question, but I would appreciate the help.
