Have you checked the thermal paste on GPU? A dried up thermal paste can also cause unstable gpu/system performance.

Unlocker is a nice little free app to delete files/folders locked by system. I have used it in the past and it worked great. Note that It is not from IObit and it is virus free. Also according to this article, you can boot in safe mode and then delete the locked folder.

I am still keeping it and looking for a converter. All I could find is a 40/- ceramic holder which can be used in lamps. I like the bulb and wanna keep it but without converter it is not useful with standard bulb points in the house.

Yes, I ordered the B22 version. Even the box packing says it is B22 version but the bulb inside is E27. I went to 5-6 electrical shops but nobody has E27 holder or converter. So, I am going to raise the replacement request.
