5770 need 34a(i.e. 34a x 12v = 408W) so get psu with more than that on 12v rail(single rail is wat im talking)..im also planning to take 5770(after 4870 to gts 250 to 5770).. already ordered Corsair VX550..this has 41a on 12v rail (ie 492W) so will be having 84w extra left on full load...i have...

hi everyone. i am planning to buy a 4870 . i have powerSafe 500 w (gold)smps. will the card run on this smps?secondly i have benq g2220 monitor.is this card sufficient to run games at full hd?little compromise is fine with me. im a casual gamer. wat price should i expect for 512 and 1gb versions...

i got the same problem with my xfx 8600gt 256..rashi wont take that under warranty..it had blown caps(3 capacitors)...had to shell out 200bucks for same...i was dreaming of getting new card...but bad luck...lucky for some, they got new card(or should i say used new cards...rofl!!)
