Budget 13K(MAX) suggest the best Android phone in that budget (buying tomorrow)

I've finalized on Defy + , I'm planning to use the same phone for >2years as from my experience the pain of migration from phone to phone is a complete PITA, it's much more efficient to use the same phone for at least 2years and master it properly & there's no phone better than a Defy+ to do...

Budget 13K(MAX) suggest the best Android phone in that budget (buying tomorrow)

I think spending ~ 13K for a questionable warranty is a bad idea. Xperia U was something I looked into too but the Limited memory is a major issue, it actually renders it completely useless.

Aakash Tablet UBISLATE on Ebay\Rs. 2,990.00

All the stock of Ubislate/Akash Tablet that is appearing nowadays on e-retail websites was meant for IIT and other educational Institutes, it was rejected by them for being too laggy and having a too short battery life. And they rejected it even when getting @ price of 1600 / piece. So I think...

    A Basic Portable-25k

Yes, 12'' strains your eyes if you use it for 2-3 hrs continuously. I think you should get a 14'' ~ 2.2KG. Also check out Samsung Laptops in your price range they are really well built.
