Lg optimus one or Galaxy 3 if you want bigger screen or Spice Mi 300 or Sony Ericsson X8 ... they all have almost same hardware and specs .. Galaxy 3 has bigger screen and would recommend that. P.S. checkout the micromax's android phone too. :)

Lol , you can get only samsung wave for that much as you want those features.. Galaxy 3 is there but 3.2mp no hd recording no playback too. Bada is great os. It lacks in applications , but seriously the hardware rock and the OS is not bad at all , smooth and don't lack like the shitty symbian...
