I'm not sure about any tool but you have load testing tools, like jmeter for java which can stimulate thousands of users trying to access your system (api or endpoint) simultaneously. Maybe that can help?

Actually I would want to stick with tech roles. Not architecture or management roles. Yes upskilling is an option. Don't want to move to the US. Well I talked to a couple of people in Europe. Every one of them suggested I should not get a degree in this climate. So upskilling is the way to go...
