    I suggest BitDefender, its light on system and comes with Anti-Spam, Anti-Firewall along with the usual AV/Regisrty control. I like it becuase its scan is as effective as norton and occupies half the RAM norton does with the firewall and antispam on.

    It is happeniong in India but on a smaller scale. but even large newspaper corps in the US charge for a subscription for daily news. Id rather get mine from RSS feeds - BBC, GeekNewz, Neowin and Betanews. Thats all i need for my daily fill

    Not really, theres a big difference between web news and reading the paper. I still like my morning 'Hindu' with all the local news etc. at my doorstep. Of course i also have an RSS feed with updated news. BUt if i had to choose, id take news papers over net news anyday
