After few minutes of google, I came to know that IPS-AH is the best among IPS panels. Asus makes some IPS-AH panel LED monitors but I doubct those are available in India. Even Dell S2240L uses the same IPS-AH panel made by LG.

Thermal paste helps to radiate the CPU heat via the CPU fan. And it optional for better heat mgmt.
