But in this case i cant open a dispute for item not received as i have received it and tracking is the proof.. So finally i have to send it back and so im finding cheapest alternative to do so!! I just wonder there should be some option to send the phone back via speed post or registered post...

How much refund did you get... Like there is an option like "Return item for full refund"

There are 3 possibilities over here: 1) The sender has sent you the wrong tracking Number 2) There may be a data typing error ( as it happened to me once, so you need to contact your local post office after a day or 2 ) 3) Have you provided proper Pin code?
