Wifi? It's true some cases mobile network maybe needed but don't forget about wifi. Emulators easily eumlate wifi. I never had any issues specially with apps like flipkart on bluestacks(modded one). Heck you should be fine with 90% or more apps on wifi.

We can install android emulators and similar things like bluestacks and then easily run apps like crapkart in full screen. Not a big problem even if you don't have a smartphone.
