Are there any good wifi smart plugs which can be flashed with some opensource firmware? Budget isn't really a constraint but need something that's accurate and doesn't pose fire hazard. If it can't be flashed with any custom firmware then it should have the ability to work without internet.

Is it possible to achieve this? Currently I have Lancool II mesh & using the cooler master vertical mount kit but it blocks access to all PCIe slots. Is there any specific case/mount kit/riser which allows this? P.S: Prefer vanilla solutions, try not to cut/dremel the case.
