    APC seems to be the most reliable brand. I currently use the normal branded (intex) ones as i have generator backup. Choose capacity according to your usage, if you have the budget get a higher capacity ups.

    I'd suggest you to go with ubiquiti access points. As yours is a commercial deployment, having each access point with ethernet backhual is a must, so look out for ubiquiti AC lite AP or a similar range stuff + a good managed switch.
