I am most probably going for the i5 12400F + RX 6500 XT + H610M. Comes to around 61k. The resale value of 6500 XT will be terrible later on but that's what my budget can get, and it seems good enough. Which cabinet would you recommend? Around 3k or less.

I am not a big fan of Apple so I am inclined not to use their products. So for now, I have three options to go with i5 12400F + RX 6500 XT + H610M + Others (60k) i3 12100F + RTX 3050 + H610M + Others (70k, going for this if I can increase my budget) i5 12400 + B660 (APU build, GPU later on)...
