You can check the back/side of the charger to see what outputs it supports. As long as your phone's input voltage is supported, you can use any charger, irrespective of wattage. The price quoted there isn't always right. Call your nearest physical service center and ask them. Usually, they'll not give you the battery by itself - they'd add labor charges to that and fix it for you too.
