This is a very old HDD that I shucked from a 2.5 inch portable HDD (Seagate Expansion Drive) and used with an aftermarket adapter for a few years.
This is thicker than the regular 2.5 inch drives. Please see the photos below.
The drive can only do 80 MB/s sustained writes, unlike newer drives which can do 100 MB/s. CrystalDiskMark photos attached.
I would prefer local pickups. If shipping, the risk lies entirely on your part, because while I do an okay packing job, I am unable to provide an assurance that the drive will survive the trip.
