Have you checked these, even Delhi to Delhi NCR porter takes 500 rs for shipping. It might be good option to get a new one with warranty.

i would not recommend seller to use porter since it is expensive

Would still suggest the same thing as another person suggested.
Shipping costs are not worth it.
Plus its something electric, you would want the safety of it being perfectly working.

Honest opiniont:Non smart power meters.
If you really want a smart one, qubo is most accurate.

I like/love Qubo for BT app control . Wifi or no wifi , the app just works . Its not compatible with HA
