5 days kerala trip - need ideas & suggestions

HAha.
Just enjoy.
Treks in those areas are mesmerizing if Rain does not make it difficult.

They are mostly one day hikes. So not too difficult.

We plan to organize treks in Kerala around end of this year.
You may contact us if you wish to join later too and love trekking.

being alone in Nature is blessings too.

Note that good hotels are expensive, the place is generally expensive for tourists.
Will be tad cheaper where it’s off-season, like hot regions.

If you just want to see a musical fountain there is a decent one in Cochin itself

You can easily get very decent rooms for that price.
I will give you the details soon on Hotels we booked but advice you to keep checking on booking.com and even others.

However for Thekkady, I think we booked a perfect hotel. Very close to the national park and good rooms.

Kerala is still pretty cheap from Tourist point of view also from what I found out and was actually surprised.

And him going in off season ( Munnar may be crowded as it is like hill station for Kerala people from the hot weather) but rest places will be much cheaper.

Thanks for the tip! Didn’t know Cochin had one—will definitely check it out next time I’m around.
