Does anybody know - If Airtel changed their 3+1 plan recently for Corporate.
Earlier it used to be 3 months with 1 month free.
I recently received a bill for 1 month.
Talked to the customer representatives they have no clue and closed my ticket.
Talked to my Relationship Manager as well and escalated. It has been a couple of days now no revert.
If this doesn’t pan out I would have to look for alternatives.
Is anybody else is facing this ?
