The AMDS new Venice core overclocks like hell.
Shown in E3

The 3200+ overclocked from 2Ghz to 2.8Ghz at 1.4v

**New things in Venice core **

  • SSE3 instructions
  • Support for command rate 1t when all 4 ram slots are populated
    earlier it used to be compulsarily 2t.

I know every overclocker wants to get there hands on the Venice core.

But the SanDeigo Core which starts from 3500+ is more overclockable than
Venice.

As usual Monarch Computer seems to be the first with these new “Revision E” procs :slight_smile:
They’re taking pre-orders and expected date for the procs to be out seems to be May 6th.
Correspondingly the Winchesters have dropped a bit in pricing and the San-diego/Venices have occupied the previous pricing positions of the Winnies.
