Nice video , great part is performance is similar to stock ,but with additional features and options that open up with openwrt and I think it requires firmware downgrade if already on latest one.

My query, why is speed stuck on 300Mbps , when I am doing speed test on my mobile connected from Router to AP , it goes to 500Mbps . Test using WiFiman
It’s rated 700Mbps . @Safcr7 has 1Gbps connection. He’s standing right next to Router & AP
What version do you recommend I will try that and test.
Yes enough I have AC lite on my Home running UDM Pro.

When you use custom firmware, you dont get the same drivers on the router/AP that the OEM has. So hardware acceleration is missing generally.
They generally dont add it as it invites litigation.
Thats why transfer speeds are low even when in range. Check if the OEM hardware acceleration is available via some trick.

Not sure maybe we can enable through some tweaks and that may help.

My guy has not been able to find the backplates . I have backplates for older orders only . Waiting for 2 more days as per him . Quantity as desired by everyone is availble but backplates….

My guy can’t find the back Plates & not ready to reduce prices. I was wanting atleast 100-150/ bucks discount for them
