well you initiated the post ,i thought i have the card and i did have some free time opened it used a multimeter and started to trace it , circuitry looked good . so i thought lets go for gpu reflow , dang the card jumped back to life

Good for you.. and 1070ti is still a worthy one .. what about the other one :?
lazy , havent tried it , 1070 ti took a lot of time to check schmetaics etc and try to find my old guy to do a gpu reflow
