Anyone know about vlebazaar.in?

So, here’s an exp. with one of my friend-
He was looking for a specific Razer and Readgear mouse which were OOS across all popular sites and he bumped on VLEbazaar through google.
There was a flat 10% off on a 1st order so that was an obvious bonus and he was too much delighted to find these products in stock.

He ringed the shop, confirmed on the stock and placed the order.

Received the delivery within 5 days.
Delightedly he opened the package. The outer package was solid but both inner mouse brand boxes were in a crumbled state.
No invoice copy as was provided nor any soft copy over the email.
Serial no. stickers missing and mrp and mfg date was smudged with a black marker.

He took the Razer mouse in hand and was shocked to notice that underneath all the feet stickers were missing aka peeled off and only one screw was present of all the four holes.

The mouse detected and was working fine though.

Coming to the Readgear one, he ordered a white one but received black colored.
Here too, 2 screws were missing and 2 screws were out of there holes aka not fully fixed*.*
Mouse wire was cut at many places as if chewed by a real mouse.

He was shocked and furious at this. Thus, his delightful moments got shattered and were to turn into a series of horrifying exp.

He immediately rang their cc which is nothing professional but a haryanvi lady speaking in the typical haryanvi hindi and english accent.

She asked to return the items and ensured they to send a proper replacement.
A return pickup was scheduled four days later and item got picked up on time.

[SPOILER=–Now the real drama begins–"]
He patiently waited for almost a week for the replacement but no response. Every time he dialed the no. his call used to be on wait with some silly music and he never ever got connected even after waiting truly for a good 20 30+ mins.

He wrote few emails and only a new ticket would get raised every time. Thereafter, even that stopped stating that numerous tickets have been raised for you and no more new requests will be opened until old requests are resolved!
Finally, one fine day his call got connected and the same haryanvi item, she said that due to stock issue they were not able to proceed with the replacements but then why no updates on the tickets and she said it was due to some system issues.

Thereafter, still no trace of any replacements.

The irony was that he dont have the product nor any trace of replacement nor the money so it looks like a totally lose-lose situation here.

And then for more than a month their landline was out of service and obviously friend got panicked. He raised a complaint with the consumer portal.
He again tried calling and this time some ill-tempered man was over the phone who was literally ignoring his voice and used to hung up or put on hold for forever and made sure friend hung up the call on his own giving up on them.
Same thing repeated thereafter a few times until some other guy answered the call and friend pleaded to at least have refund if no replacements possible as it has been 4 months. The guy replied their payment gateway got some issues and the for another 3 months friend was getting same response.

Surprisingly, his consumer portal complaint also went unheard hence no response for 6+ months.

Friend then decided to walk to his nearest police station and narrated the entire incident. Cops were ready to help. They dialed the number from their landline and cellphone but the same thing repeated- no response for 10+ min no answering of the calls.
The cops kept the no. and kept trying and asked my friend to visit the next day.
Next day when he went, he was shocked to hear that VLE didn’t pay heed even to the cops and said do whatever you want we wont refund and we receive such fake calls everyday and hung up on the cops!
Now he was sure he has lost it all, his money, trust and the ample of time wasted behind such fraudsters. Yet cops weren’t directly ready to take down his complaint until the call gets answered by some logical person with whom they could speak and interact amicably.

He updated on the consumer forum one last time and then forgot this incident citing as one bad exp. and a good learning and forgot it all until couple of months downs he received a message about some money credited for the exact same amount he paid for. He was relived though but thanked nobody! When checked on the portal, his online complaint was closed a week ago before receiving his money back.

His account also got deleted from their website as well when he tried to check one last time as to what was the status for his complaint and product.

Dont fall for any such sites as they will only try to lure you with discounts and what not ensuring you suffer and give up entirely.
