Sorry for the delayed reply. yes we use monday with mixed teams , we will have to stabilise the teams process and get them to agree. So Monday is a flexible tool where your teams can suggest changes and everybody gets to agree at some point. if there are still holdouts then its a personality problem and not a tool one
