I am completely fine with black bars on top bottom. Is there any picture quality difference? I see u2415 have 99% sRGB and u2414h have 96% and u2415 have AH-IPS and u2414h have IPS. I do not know if it will make any real world difference in picture quality. Will it?
The difference will be really minute to be observable.. But it will be good if u go for u2415 if u dont have problem with black bars… And also it has 5 usb (4 for u2414h) and little higher brightness but this really dont matter that much in real world scenario.. If you are doing color sensitive work then srgb and 1920*1200 will be good. The last good part is that it is cheaper.
Ultimately i think it comes down to what u want video vs productivity.. If u dont have problem with balck bars choice is clear go for little higher resolution.

Odered u2415 at the price of 18220rs. He told me its new monitor and he can not give me more discount. So i have to buy it at this price. While u2414h was just 15890rs. I heard u2414h have hdmi and displayport problem with nvidia card so i did not bother with it.
