I’m not too sure whether spending $500 on a video card will do any good (for the sake of a few more FPS, bragging rights, and a bit more of AA and AF)

I’d rather settle for a X1800XT and a nice 19" LCD where I could comfortably game at 1280 x 1024 without burning a hole in my pocket…

Oh baby my office is green… GF…not red…I am not a gimme red affecianado either…I got lotsa Nvidia cards over the years. Just have the 1 ATI…plus I mentioned the avivo feature which is my main reason..

one of mine forum fren is struggling to get master card for x1800XT at last he got a X850xt CF but reverted back to GTX 512 SLI after getting terrible score in 3Dmarks06 … he just wanted ATi to chk the stuff its still not available … well 512 is also very rarely available but when it was launched it was available in bulk …
