I have seen a lot of reviews about shipments getting damaged during transit. About two years ago, I sold my GTX 1060. It was well-packed, but when the shipment reached the destination, they claimed it was damaged and returned it. When I checked it, it looked as if someone had forcefully pulled the GPU fan and broken it. Even my friend had a similar experience. It seems like they are not careful during testing and just handle things carelessly.

Reddit is filled with horrible experiences with gameloot. Your best to buying or selling used pc parts is either locally through olx or facebook marketplace OR some trusted groups and sites.
