looking for a printer for my office which prints alot of a5 size paper per refill to save my long run costing
have you looked at epson m2140 or m1170? what’s your budget for the printer?
No budget , just want a good printer to save money long run without heavy maintenance or wasting alot of money on refill , I print 200-250 pages A5 size daily

well if budget isn’t a constraint then you can look at more expensive offerings in the same ecotank lineup like the m2170, m3170 or even the m15140.
iirc they’re industry standard for high volume monochrome. at 15 paise per page, you’re looking at a huge saving over time
the m15140 specifically is a tank, it’s an a3 machine, so its internals are much beefier. for upwards of 200 pages of a5 daily, it won’t even break a sweat, whereas a cheaper home printer might start showing wear and tear after a few months of that kind of volume. here’s the catalog

Brother I would prefer just printer without scanner. The one I suggest are all in one which I’m not interested in , please suggest me best of line solo printer for lowest paisa per page printer
how is canon 2900 heard alot of good things about this printer , please help need to buy one ASAP
look at the monochrome section in the catalog, m1050, m1100, m1120 are single sided. m1140, m1170, m1180 are a4 duplex and have a 250 sheet tray, exactly one refill a day. none of them have a scanner
it’s a great home printer, but it’s rated for about an eighth of your monthly volume. and you’d be paying 150-200 paise per page on an official toner, ~10k a month, the ecotanks are a tenth of that and noticeably faster. don’t haul your warehouse on a chetak

Toner refill is damn cheap ₹600 from third party for 5000 pages or ₹2000 from official HP for 5000 pages.
Laser or inkjet?
doesnt matter laser or inkjet , just cheapest paper printin cost .. going to visit epson ecotank distributor in few days .. right now busy building my office so didnt get time to visit printer distributor
Have a look at brother HL-B2100D , I have the previous generation 7500D model which is a multi function one, but the orginal toner cartridges are 800 rs only for 2000 pages. And if you refill it’s a little cheaper but I have been getting original replacement and it works fine.
If you want to avoid regular maintenance headache and don’t really need color prints, go for laser printer.
