I would definitely suggest LG LD460

Bought this for myself 3-4 months back for around 32k.

  • Excellent viewing angles

  • Very good audio from inbuilt speakers (its JAZZ series)

  • Good codec support with USB playback

Even I own the 32" LG LD460. Purchased it around 9 months back for 37.5k.
Its an amazing TV. The best i could find at that time.
