We are not taking any pre-orders. There will be enough stock for everyone , so just hold on for 2-4 days more until the consignment clears customs and reaches the warehouse .

^ Yesterday, #[member=‘PristineNote’] told me their consignment is still stuck in customs but they didn’t gave me any expected date…

We are extremely sorry guys but the Brainwavz consignment is still stuck in customs and there is no definite ETA on the same. The Mumbai customs are making it really difficult to get the consignment released with ease so if things go horribly wrong the consignment could even return back (very unlikely). We are trying our level best to get it released at the earliest .

^ Not much can be done when customs department causes so much issues and tries to fleece importers. We usually face such problems with Brainwavz/Fiio only since they come from China. Never had any issues with Audio Technica or other brands.
